How do I search for abbreviated ads using the Map Radius?
Click on the Map Radius button below the map on the Home search page. Enter in the mile radius you wish to extend your search, then click on map where you would like to your radius center point to be. To clear search results, click on Clear Search Location.

How do I search for abbreviated ads by County or City?
Click on the County button below the map on the Home search page. All 87 counties will now show with a checkbox on the map; and if you move your cursor over the checkboxes, the County names will appear. If you are searching for a City project, please check the box of the County in which the City is located. You may check multiple County checkboxes at the same time. To clear search results, click on Clear Search Location.

How do I search for County or City abbreviated ads by District?
Click on the District button below the map on the Home search page. All eight districts will now show with a checkbox on the map; and if you move your cursor over the checkboxes, the District numbers will appear. Please check on the District in which the Counties and/or Cities you wish to search for are located. You may check multiple District checkboxes at the same time. To clear search results, click on Clear Search Location.

Can I just type in a project number? If so where?
At the bottom of the Home search page, there is a text box to type in a contract number, project number, County/City name, project type, work type, or district. After clicking Search, the results will be listed below.

What is the Bid Calendar?
Click on Bid Calendar in the upper right corner to see all submitted abbreviated ad project bid dates in a calendar view for more effective scheduling and planning. After completing your search, you may click out of the window to return to the Home or main search page.

What is the Advanced Search?
Click on Advanced Search in the upper right corner to search for project abbreviated ads using any combination of project types, work types, and project location. This tool will allow users to find a specific type of project in a specific location. After completing your search, click on Home to return to the main search page.

Where do I view the full ad?
At the bottom of the abbreviated ad will be a blue link that will take you to the full, online ad for bid. If the County or City does not post ad for bids online, then the link will provide contact information to request a copy of the full ad for bid.

What is the RSS Feed?
The RSS Feed, located at the top right corner of the page, shows a summary of all projects from the Minnesota Construction eAdvertising website that will expire in a given timeframe. The RSS Feed is a quick way for you to view projects that will open for bid in the next week (top RSS link), or in the next month (bottom RSS link).

When is the site available for use?
The Minnesota Construction eAdvertising site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support will be available to answer questions Monday thru Friday, 7:30 - 4:30.

When is the site updated with new projects?
Minnesota Construction eAdvertising is updated with abbreviated ad for bids as Counties/Cities create project's abbreviated ad for bids.

How do I get a login to post an abbreviated ad?
If you are a County/City that would like to participate in using Minnesota Construction eAdvertising, request a login by emailing saltirhelp.dot@state.mn.us your first and last name, as well as the County/City name you represent.
 
If you are a user of RTVision's OneOffice, you may also create your abbreviated ad in the OneOffice application.
