designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Dead Lake Room at the
Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls Minnesota.

proposal including plans is $150.00 (Non-refundable)

Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer,
Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.
The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive
informalities.
