NOTICE
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 28th, 2024 by Danielle Ongie, County Auditor of Le Sueur County, 88 South Park Avenue, Le Center, Minnesota on behalf of the County Board of Commissioners for the Culvert No. 40J25 and Approach Grading Project on CSAH 52: SP 040-652-003, MINN. PROJ. NO. BROS 4024 (014). Total Project Length of 100 feet.
Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
A minimum goal of 7.6 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.

The price of plans is $25.00. A certified check or a corporate surety bond, made payable to the Treasurer of Le Sueur County, must accompany bids in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid.
The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
