Notice is hereby given that the City of White Bear Lake will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local improvements under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. A virtual bid opening will be held on Wednesday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. utilizing an online viewing platform.
