ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS-
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Monday, March 28, 2022, at the office of John Welle, Aitkin County Engineer - 1211 Air Park Drive, Aitkin, MN for the construction projects listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Office of the County Engineer immediately after the hours set for receiving bids.

These projects will be combined and let under one contract.

LOCATION: Aitkin County CSAH 17, 3, 10, 29, County Road 53, 67, 76, 77W, and Fleming Township 328th Ave

The construction plan, proposal, and bidding documents for this project are available for downloading at no cost at www.co.aitkin.mn.us by following the Highway Construction link or may be purchased from the Office of the County Engineer, 1211 Air Park Drive, Aitkin, MN 56431, for the non-refundable price of $35.00 (including tax).

Bids must be in a sealed envelope identified by project number and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the Aitkin County Treasurer.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
