Sealed bids for the following projects will be received until 10:00 a.m., February 25, 2022, at the office of the Martin County Engineer located at 1200 Marcus Street, Fairmont, Minnesota, at which time they will be read out loud. The contract will be awarded at the March 1, 2022 Martin County Commissioner meeting.

Proposals and specifications may be reviewed or obtained at the Martin County Highway Department, 1200 Marcus Street; Fairmont, Minnesota 56031. Price of the plans and proposal is $40.00 picked up or $50.00 mailed (8 1/2” x 11” plan size). Prices include sales tax. No refunds. You may also email your request for the plans and proposal to jill.redenius@co.martin.mn.us
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Treasurer of Martin County for at least five (5) percent of the amount bid.
The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein.
