Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on November 4th, 2020 by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for Project No. SP 056-090-013; Multi-Use Trail Bituminous Surfacing, Signing, and Amenities. Mailed bids should be delivered to the County Auditor of Otter Tail County, 510 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 6537. Online bids should be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (eGram). Hand delivered bids are not allowed at this time.

Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

A minimum goal of 3.6 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.

Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids outside the main entrance of the Otter Tail County Highway Department, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls Minnesota 56537.

Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be secured by contacting the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, Phone (218) 998-8470. Cost of physical copies of proposal including plans is $50.00 (Non-refundable)

Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Project No. SP 056-090-013."

The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
