The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, in the Social Science (SS) Room #235 at Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU), located at 1501 State Street, for the following project in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA:
PROJECT Z81: MERIT CENTER OUTFALL PROJECT This project consists of the following: Construction of open drainage ditch, stormwater piping and other miscellaneous improvements. Construction of a field approach with culvert will be required. The project will occur on the MERIT Track property (Parcel ID 27-622001-0) and 290th Street.
The bids and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at the MERIT Center located at 1001 West Erie Road in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
