Sealed proposals will be received by the Goodhue County Public Works Director at his office in the Goodhue County Public Works Building, 2140 Pioneer Road, Red Wing, MN 55066 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

READ CAREFULLY THE PROVISIONS FOR THE WAGE RATES AS CONTAINED IN THE SPECIAL PROVISIONS AS THEY WILL AFFECT THIS PROJECT.


Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must comply with the Special Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions as contained in the Proposal. Proposals will be opened and read publicly in the presence of the Goodhue County Public Works Director at the Goodhue County Public Works Building located in Red Wing, MN immediately following the hour set for receiving bids for the following Goodhue County Highway work. Bids will be considered for award on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at the regular Board of Commissioners meeting.

Proposals, Plans and Specifications are available at: Goodhue County Public Works, 2140 Pioneer Road, Red Wing, MN 55066 . Non-refundable cost - $100.00.



Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the Goodhue County Treasurer.



Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "PROJECT NO. SAP 025-599-107"



The Board of Goodhue County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
