NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on June 2, 2020, at the Dodge County Government Services Building in Mantorville, Minnesota, on behalf of the Dodge County Board of Commissioners for the following described highway project:

Bituminous Seal Coat on C.S.A.H. 5, 3 miles west of Hayfield, between the South County Line and T.H. 30

The approximate major quantities:

Bituminous Material for Seal Coat â€" 14,662 gallons; Bituminous Seal Coat â€" 54,302 square yards; Bituminous Material for Fog Seal â€" 5,431 gallons

Bituminous Fog Seal at the Dodge County Recycling Center, 0.5 miles north of Kasson, on 240th Ave

The approximate major quantities:

Bituminous Material for Fog Seal â€" 5,200 gallons


Proposals and specifications may be obtained at the Dodge County Engineer's Office, 16 South Airport Drive, Dodge Center, Minnesota 55927, at no charge.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable to Dodge County in a sum equal to at least 5% of the bid amount.

Bids must be sealed and addressed to Dodge County Administration, 721 Main St. N, Mantorville, MN 55955, and plainly labeled "Bid for 2020 Seal Coat.”

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
