The Steele County Landfill is seeking a qualified contractor to provide concrete crushing services at 9420 SE 64th Ave Blooming Prairie, MN 55917. There is approximately 4000 CY / 6000 tons of stockpiled materials of various sizes and types, which contains rebar, wire mesh, bollards and dirt. All processed materials will be placed in an area adjacent to the existing concrete stockpile with separate material piles for each gradation crushed.
All metals recovered during crushing operations shall become the property of the crushing contractor. Metal can be stored until end of project but must be removed in entirety at the time the Contractor’s equipment is removed from site.

Proposals shall include a price for providing all labor and equipment required to complete the work described herein. Contractors agree to provide liability insurance coverage in the amount of $500,000 per claimant; $1.5 million per occurrence against any claim whatsoever affecting County during the term of this project.
