NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS-
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2020, at the office of the Aitkin County Highway Department - 1211 Air Park Drive Aitkin, MN, for the construction projects listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Office of the County Engineer immediately after the hours set for receiving bids.

PROJECT NUMBER: CP 001-090-034 - 2020 Crack Sealing
Approximate major items of work are:
Seal Bituminous Pavement Cracks – 1,800 Road Stations
Proposals and specifications may be examined at or requested from the Office of the County Engineer located at 1211 Air Park Drive, Aitkin, Minnesota 56431, (218) 927-3741. These documents are also available for viewing at www.co.aitkin.mn.us by following the Highway Construction link.

Proposals must be on forms furnished by the County Highway Engineer. Proposals must be sealed, identified on the envelope, and each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Aitkin County Treasurer in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the total amount bid.

Aitkin County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or defects thereof.
