SAP 043-619-004, Bituminous Pavement Milling, Bituminous Pavement Reclamation, and Bituminous Paving located on McLeod CSAH 19 from CSAH 12 to Meeker County.

Estimated Major Quantities are: 82,000 SY of Bituminous Pavement Milling, 79,000 SY of Bituminous Pavement Reclamation, 12,000 TONS of Bituminous Non-Wearing Course and 7,500 TONS of Bituminous Wearing Course.

(1) In order to be a registered planholder you must purchase a paper plan/proposal set OR sign in to the eGram website and download the appropriate bid documents.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond, payable to McLeod County Treasurer for at least 5 percent of the amount bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or technicalities.

The McLeod County Board of Commissioners hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for award.
