Interested general contractors are invited to submit sealed bids to the Owner for remodeling the existing toilet rooms at the fairgrounds Commercial building and adding new toilet rooms to the Horticulture building at the McLeod County fairgrounds, Hutchinson, MN. Bids will be received by the Owner at McLeod Public Works before 1:30 PM local time on the 13th day of March 2020 when the bids will be opened publicly. Address sealed bids to: John Brunkhorst, McLeod County Engineer/Public Works Director. Note "McLeod County fairgrounds toilet room remodel" on the outside of the bid envelope.

B. Bids will be received as General Contract bids. Qualified bids will not be accepted.

C. Project Description: The project consists of remodeling the existing toilet rooms in the Commercial building and adding new toilet rooms to the existing Horticulture building at the McLeod county fairgrounds in Hutchinson Minnesota. The commercial building toilet rooms include new toilet fixtures, wall paint, flooring, wall tile, ACT ceiling and lighting. Horticulture building is a 7,867 SF pole structure of which 1,166 SF of it will be remodeled into new toilet rooms including new accessible toilet rooms and accessible family toilet rooms. The Horticulture building toilet rooms are not heated and are for seasonal use only.

G. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
