INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Marshall County Engineer at the Marshall County Highway Department at 447 So. Main, Warren, MN 56762 for the following seasonal materials or services:

Dust Control – Calcium Chloride

Bids will be received at the above stated address until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, March 13th, 2020.

Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms supplied by Marshall County and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Specifications and Requirements contained in the Bidding Documents.

Bids will be presented to the County Board with recommendations for award on March 17th, 2020.

Copies of the specifications and proposal forms may be downloaded at https://egram.co.marshall.mn.us/ (Projects in Bidding). Bidders are responsible for all present and future downloads, including addendums and their attachments.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check as specified within each of the individual specifications and instructions.

Bids must be submitted in sealed separate envelopes and plainly labeled for which item is being bid and delivered to the aforementioned location.

The quantities shown in this proposal are approximate. No guarantee is made either expressed or implied that Marshall County will purchase these amounts.

The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities therein and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to Marshall County.
