Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 AM on May 3, 2022, by Scott Peters, Marshall County Auditor, on behalf of the Marshall County Board of Commissioners for the project listed below:

Over the counter Proposal and Plans are $45.00 per set including tax. Proposals and Plans not sold separately. No refunds will be made.

Bidders are responsible for all present and future downloads, including addendums and their attachments.

There is no cost to register or download the Project Plans and Proposal documents. To become a registered plan holder, you must create an account at: https://connex.mn.uccs.com.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Marshall County Treasurer or a Corporate Surety Bond made in favor of Marshall County, Minnesota in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.
Marshall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
