Sealed proposals will be received until 9:05 AM on August 13, 2019 by Allen Paulson, Clearwater County Auditor, County Courthouse, 213 Main Ave. No., Dept 202, Bagley, MN 56621-8304, on behalf of the Clearwater County Board of Commissioners for the construction of the County project listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the County Courthouse in Bagley, MN immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

SAP 015-598-004; Bridge Replacement

The major quantities of work are as follows: Remove Pipe Culvert - 66 Linear Feet, Install Precast Concrete Box Culvert Class 1 - 46 Linear Feet, Granular Backfill - 750 Cubic Yards. Work shall be completed by November 15, 2019.

Plans, proposals and specifications may be obtained online at Clearwater County Bid Proposal SAP 015-598-004 , at the Office of the County Engineer, 113 7th St NE, Bagley, or by mail request to the County Highway Engineer, 113 7th St NE, Bagley, MN 56621.

Electronic copies of the plans, proposals and specifications will be available for free online. Hard copies will have a non-refundable charge of $50.00 for each set (One set includes all plans).

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Clearwater County Treasurer for at least five percent of the amount of the bid.

The Clearwater County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects or irregularities therein which may be in the best interest of the County of Clearwater.
