Proposed improvements include: Installation of three bus shelters and associated sidewalk, roadway, and lighting improvements. The bus stops are located on Birch Avenue, North 4th Street, and South 4th Street.
The bids and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on or before Tuesday, July 23, 2019, in the Professional Development Room at the Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Street.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
