Sealed letter of interest (LOI) will be received by the County of Sibley, Minnesota, in the office of County Public Works at 111 8th St., P.O. Box 897, Gaylord, Minnesota 55334 until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened in the North Sibley Room located in the Sibley County Service Center by two or more persons who have been designated by the County to open letter of interests (LOI). LOI are for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following:
