Notice is hereby given that bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the presence of the City Administrator and the City Engineer in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Brainerd, Minnesota, on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. CDT for the construction of the following described State Aid and local improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the same which on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City.

All bids shall be submitted electronically through the City of Brainerds BidVAULT website, and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified check of at least five (5) percent of the amount of bid made payable to the City of Brainerd, which amount will be forfeited to the City of Brainerd as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon letting the contract to him, shall fail to enter into the contract let so.
