The Carlton County Transportation Department will receive bids for the following project(s): SAP 009-601-054, SAP 009-605-027, SAP 009-609-006, SAP 009-610-013, SAP 009-673-002, CP 009-114-011, CP 009-116-011, CP 009-120-010. The bids must be submitted electronically to Bid Express® at https://www.bidexpress.com before APRIL 22, 2019, 10:00 AM CST. The majority of the work on these projects involves Permanent Multi-Component Ground-in Wet Reflective Pavement Markings placed on seal coat projects constructed in 2018. After an acceptable audit of the bids received, a recommendation for award to the lowest responsible bidder will be presented to the Carlton County Board of Commissioners at the County Board Meeting, 1630 County Road 61, Carlton MN, on APRIL 22, 2019, 4:00 PM CST.
