Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the White Bear Lake City Hall, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110, until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City Engineer and City Clerk, said bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local improvements under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429:

Mill and Overlay on: Glen Oaks Avenue (County Road D to Sumac Ridge), Sumac Ridge (300 feet West of Glen Oaks Avenue to End Cul-De-Sac), Chicago Avenue (Stewart Avenue to Morehead Avenue), Morehead Avenue (Highway 96 to Chicago Avenue), Stewart Avenue (Highway 96 to Chicago Avenue, Campbell Avenue (10th Street to 11th Street), Campbell Circle (Campbell Avenue to End Cul-De-Sac), Debra Street (9th Street to Parking Lot), Eleventh Street (End Cul-De-Sac to End Cul-De-Sac), Lemire Circle (Lemire Lane to End Cul-De-Sac), Lemire Lane (10th Street to Garden Lane), Tenth Street (Georgia Lane to Wood Avenue), Tenth Street (Campbell Avenue to Bald Eagle Avenue), Thury Court (Debra Street to End Cul-De-Sac), Walnut Street (Ninth Street to Tenth Street) and Wood Avenue (Tenth Street to Garden Lane). Total pavement replacement on: Aspen Court (Glen Oaks Avenue to End Cul-De-Sac) and Sumac Court (Glen Oaks Avenue to End Cul-De-Sac). Trail Reconstruction on: County Road 96 Trail (White Bear Parkway to Birch Lake Boulevard), and White Bear Avenue Trail (Highway 61 to South Shore Boulevard).
