NOTICE is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Jackson County Engineer on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners at 53053 780th Street, Jackson, MN 56143 until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019, for the following project:

STATE AID PROJECT NO. SAP 032-614-046 and City of Jackson Utility Improvements

LOCATION: CSAH 14 (South Highway) from CSAH 23 to CSAH 51.

TYPE OF WORK: Grading, Aggregate Base, Curb & Gutter, Bituminous Paving, Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Forcemain and Storm Sewer.

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the Treasurer of Jackson County.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof, and to award the bids in the best interest of the County. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty (40) days.
