NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS


Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., June 15, 2018, at the office of the Martin County Engineer located at 1200 Marcus Street, Fairmont, Minnesota at which time they will be opened and read out loud. The contract will be awarded at the June 19, 2018 Martin County Commissioner meeting for the County Project listed below:

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond, made in favor of Martin County, in an amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid.

The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the bids in the best interest of the County.
