NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Kandiyohi County, Minnesota at the office of the County Administrator, Health and Human Services Building, Suite 2020, 2200 23rd St NE, Willmar, MN 56201, until 10:00 A.M. the 15th day of May, 2018, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read.
