Sealed bids will be received electronically until 9:30 AM, May 11, 2018 at the office of the County Engineer located at 635 2nd Street SE, Milaca, MN, at which time bids will be opened and read in the Administrative Services Office (Upper Level) at the Historic Courthouse for the following project:

SP 048-604-019; Minn. Proj. No. STPF 4818(216) (CSAH 4) (5.042 Miles) located 2.5 miles
east of Milaca, MN. Approximate major quantity include: 25,200 CY Common Excavation, 8,100 CY Granular Borrow, 104,850 CY Common Borrow, 41,300 CY Aggregate Base, 8,740 Tons Shoulder Aggregate Base, 65,000 SY Full Depth Reclamation, 16,830 Tons Bituminous Wearing Course Mixture, 92 LF 10? X 6? Concrete Box Culvert, 4,566 LF Pipe Culverts, 168,000 Lbs Hydraulic Mulch Matrix, along with Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and Pavement Markings.

Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents from the County Engineer through the Mille Lacs County website via E-Gram. Bids shall be submitted electronically through bidVAULT. Bids will only be accepted from those who are a documented plan holder.

Copies of the bidding documents are available for viewing at the County Engineer?s office. There is no cost for the bidding documents. However, there is a cost to submit a bid electronically through bidVAULT.
