Mailed bids should be sent to the County Auditor of Otter Tail County, 510 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537. Hand carried bids should be delivered to the County Auditor of Otter Tail County, Otter Tail County Government Service Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

Cost of Proposal including plans is $100.00 (Non-refundable).

Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Project No. S.A.P. 056-635-037 & Etc."

The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
