Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., May 03, 2022 by the Isanti County Board of Commissioners at the office of the County Engineer located at 232 Emerson Street North, Cambridge, Minnesota 55008. Bids will be opened and read publicly at this location, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

The major estimated quantities are; 12555 TON of aggregate surfacing; 2083 TON aggregate base; 223835 SY of full depth reclamation; 281131 SY of bituminous milling; 62200 TON of bituminous mix; 8 LS of traffic control; 8617 LF of silt fence; 18 EA 18” GS safety apron; 26 EA 24” GS safety apron; 2 EA 36” GS safety apron; 2 EA 48” pipe apron; 414 LF 18” CAS pipe culvert; 758 LF 24” CAS pipe culvert; 92 LF 36” CAS pipe culvert; 48 LF 48” CAS pipe culvert; 350574 LF of 4 Inch Line Paint.

Plan and Proposal are non-refundable.

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond, Certified Check or a Corporate Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid made payable to the Isanti County Treasurer.

The Isanti County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserve the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of the County.
