NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 A.M., April 26, 2022 by the Isanti County Board of Commissioners at the office of the County Engineer located at 232 Emerson Street North, Cambridge, Minnesota 55008. Bids will be opened and read publicly at this location, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

Bituminous Seal Coat

Located on CSAH(s) 7, 12, 30 and CR(s) 32, 45, 56, 60, 71. Projects total length is 19.36 miles.

The major estimated quantities are: 26668 GAL Bituminous Material for Fog Seal, 266676 SQ YD Bituminous Seal Coat, 66669 GAL Bituminous Material for Seal Coat, 1 LS Traffic Control, 285403 LF 4 IN Solid Line Paint, 189 LF 24 IN Solid Line Paint, 15180 LF IN Broken Line Paint, 63 LF 8 IN Dotted Line Paint, 156 SF Pavement Message Paint.

Plan and Proposal may be viewed and purchased at the office of the County Engineer at 232 Emerson Street North, Cambridge, Minnesota 55008. Please call (763) 689-1870 to purchase, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Plan and Proposal are non-refundable.

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond, Certified Check or a Corporate Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid made payable to the Isanti County Treasurer.

The Isanti County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserve the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of the County.
