Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M., Monday, April 25, 2022 by the Rice County Board of Commissioners at the office of
the County Engineer, Rice County Highway Department Building, 610 NW 20th Street, Faribault, Minnesota 55021, for the letting
of a contract for the following project(s):

Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Bank Draft, or Bidder's Bond made payable to Rice
County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price.
The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid. The County reserves the
right to reject any or all bids without question.
Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581
and implementing regulations.
A minimum goal of 4.70 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
