2022 Pavement Management
City Project No. 4021-1000

PROPOSALS: Proposals for the work described below will be received by the office of the City Engineer, City of St. Louis Park, 5005 Minnetonka Boulevard., St. Louis Park, Minnesota, electronically through BidVAULT until 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022. The bid results will be available to view on BidVAULT as soon as the bids are opened by the project engineer.
Bids will only be accepted if they are submitted electronically through BidVAULT. Please call the engineering department at 952.924.2656 if you are having issues with the bid submittal.

COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications.

BID DOCUMENTS: A description of the project, plans and specifications, and the plan holders list are available at https://mn-ci-st-louis-park.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding. Only electronic bids will be accepted from Contractors who are listed as plan holders on the City’s OneOffice website. The cost to submit a bid is $25.

BID SECURITY: A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
