City of Lakeville Ipava Avenue and 192nd Street Improvement Project
The City of Lakeville, Minnesota, hereby gives notice that sealed electronic bids will be received by the City of Lakeville at the office of the City Clerk until 10:30 a.m. CST, Friday February 18, 2022, at the Lakeville City Hall, 20195 Holyoke Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044, through the City of Lakeville’s online electronic bid system (BidVAULT) for the construction of the Ipava Avenue and 192nd St Improvement Project. The project includes roadway reclamation, watermain bolt replacement, storm sewer repair, concrete curb and gutter installation and bituminous paving.

The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
