NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Otter Tail County Project No. 4001-401


Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 P.M. February 23, 2022, by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for County Project No. 4001-401; Perham to Pelican Rapids Regional Trail - McDonald Lake Segment. Bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County’s online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed and hand delivered bids are not allowed.

County Project No. 4001-401: Multi Use Trail Grading, Agg. Base, Paving & Drainage parallel to 440th St. and CSAH 35. Approximately 5.76 miles in length

Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Dead Lake Room at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls Minnesota.

Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Cost of physical copies of proposal including plans is $200.00 (Non-refundable)

Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.

The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
