The City of Marshall, Minnesota will receive electronic bids only via BidVAULT until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, for the following project in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA:

PROJECT ST-004: This project consists of: reconstruction and utility replacement on Halbur Road from Michigan Street to Erie Road (CR 33); sanitary sewer and storm sewer will be replaced with a concrete paved surfacing. Water services will be installed and connected to the existing watermain. This project will also include new curb & gutter, driveway aprons, and sewer services to the right-of-way.

Prospective bidders must register as a Plan Holder to download plans and specifications. All bids shall be made electronically via BidVAULT and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid. The cost to submit a bid is $25 plus a 3rd party payment processing fee.
