Advertisement for Bids – STEARNS COUNTY HAS IMPLEMENTED ONLINE PROJECT BIDDING USING THE QUEST CONSTRUCTION DATA NETWORK. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH WWW.QUESTCDN.COM.

Sealed proposals will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com, until 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 11, 2022 for the contract listed below. Electronic bids will be opened publicly at the Stearns County Highway (Public Works) Department Building located at 455 28th Avenue South, Waite Park, MN 56387.

PROJECT NOS.: 2022 Bit Patch, SAP 073-606-004, SAP 073-645-007, CP 073-644-022, CP 073-645-022, CP 073-649-022, CP 073-145-022 & CP 073-149-022
LOCATION: Bit Patch on various county roads; CSAH 6 from TH 23 to CSAH 74, CSAH 45 from CR 145 to CSAH 44, CSAH 44 from TH 55 to CSAH 7, CSAH 45 from CSAH 7 to CR 145, CSAH 49 from TH 22 to TH 23, CR 145 from CSAH 45 to CSAH 44 & CR 149 from CO. LINE to CSAH 48.

TYPE OF WORK: Pavement Resurfacing and Rehabilitation

Bids will be considered for award of contract at the first regular meeting of the Stearns County Board of Commissioners following the opening of bids.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
