The City of Marshall, Minnesota will receive electronic bids only via BidVAULT until 9:00 a.m. (local time) on Friday, February 4, 2022, for the following project in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA:
PROJECT ST-003: This project consists of the following: Reconstruction and utility replacement on South 1st Street from George Street to Greeley Street, Greeley Street from West College Drive to East Saratoga Street, and Williams Street from George Street to West Maple Street. All utilities will be replaced, including watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer on South 1st Street, Greeley Street and Williams Street. This project will include new water and sewer services to the right-of-way. Other items of work included in this project are pavement removal, aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, concrete surfacing, sidewalks, curb and gutter and other minor work.
Prospective bidders must register as a Plan Holder to download plans and specifications. All bids shall be made electronically via BidVAULT and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid. The cost to submit a bid is $25 plus a 3rd party payment processing fee.
