Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for Project No. SAP 056-675-035; Remove Bridge (Old Bridge L0923), Construct Bridge (New Bridge 56J27). Electronic bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed or hand delivered bids are not allowed.

Minimum Wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.

The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
