The City of Marshall, Minnesota will receive electronic bids only via BidVAULT until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021, for the following project in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA:

PROJECT SWM-007: This project consists of the following: excavation and expansion of the Independence Park Pond Forebay, arch culvert installation, riprap and landscaping rock placement, concrete trail replacement, and other miscellaneous work.

Prospective bidders must register as a Plan Holder to download plans and specifications. All bids shall be made electronically via BidVAULT and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid. The cost to submit a bid is $25 plus a 3rd party payment processing fee.
