The City of Lakeville, Minnesota, hereby gives notice that sealed electronic bids will be received by the City of Lakeville at the office of the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday September 13, 2021, at the Lakeville City Hall, 20195 Holyoke Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044, through the City of Lakeville’s online electronic bid system (BidVAULT) for the construction of the 165th Street Water Quality Improvement Project. The project includes stormwater basin construction, common excavation, storm sewer installation, bituminous trail construction, aggregate base and grading, concrete curb and gutter installation and bituminous paving.

The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held onsite at 11:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Bids from Contractors who did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected without opening.
