Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 23, 2021 by the Rice County Board of Commissioners at the office of
the County Engineer, Rice County Highway Building, 610 NW 20th Street, Faribault, Minnesota, 55021, for the letting of a contract
for the following project: SAP 066-615-011 – CSAH No. 15 Culvert Replacement

Common Embankment (P) 641 Cu Yd
Coarse Aggregate Bedding (CV) 31 Cu Yd
Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course (2,B) 16 Ton
Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course (2,B) 16 Ton
73” Span RC Pipe-Arch Culvert Class IIA 68 Lin Ft
73” Span RC Pipe-Arch Apron 2 Each
Erosion Control Blankets, Cat 3N 1,800 Sq Yd

Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Bank Draft, or Bidder's Bond made payable to the
Chief Finance Officer of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price.
A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves
the right to reject any or all bids without question.

All bids must be addressed to Rice County Auditor and shall have endorsed on the outside:
