NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Electronic or Hard Copy bids will be received until 9:00 AM., Tuesday, June 8, 2021, by Clay County, at the Clay County Court House, deliver to the Court Security Officers, located at the main entrance to the Courthouse, 807 11th Street North, Moorhead, MN 56560, for the construction of the project listed below. Bids will be opened and read publicly by David Overbo, County Engineer, or a designated representative, on behalf of the Clay County Board of Commissioners, after the hour set for receiving bids. ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH BIDVAULT.

SAP 014-599-108 On Twp. Rd. 26 – 1.0 miles East of junction CSAH 11 (Sec. 15 & 22, T141N, R47W).

The major quantities of work include 9X6 PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULV END SECT, EACH 4; 9X6 PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERT, L F 84;

Contractors who are going to be providing electronic bids or obtain plans and proposals free of charge can access the Clay County website www.claycountymn.gov/555/Contractor-Project-Information. Hard copy purchase is NOT required to bid as prime. To proceed, you must click on "Projects in Bidding", select SAP 014-598-077, SAP 014-599-108 or SAP 014-599-112. ALL THREE PROJECTS ARE TIED TOGETHER, COMBINED LOW BIDDER TO BE AWARDED THE CONTRACT. See instructions for downloading. Counter Price: $50.00 (includes tax)

Mailed: $70.00 (includes tax)

Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bidder's bond made payable to the Clay County Treasurer in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid.

The Clay County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and award the contract in the best interest of Clay County.
