Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on March 30, 2021 by Allen Paulson, Clearwater County Auditor, County Courthouse, 213 Main Ave. No., Dept 202, Bagley, MN 56621-8304, on behalf of the Clearwater County Board of Commissioners for the construction of the County project listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the County Courthouse in Bagley, MN immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

The major quantities of work are as follows: Mill bituminous surface â€" 337,853 sq. yd., Type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (3,B) â€" 40,500 ton, Type SP 12.5 wearing course mixture â€" 38,000 ton, Stabilized full depth reclamation â€" 264,764 sq. yd., Traffic barrier design Type 31 â€" 900 lin. Ft., Turf establishment â€" 1.0 lump sum and Broken and Solid paint â€" 309,181 lin. ft.
Work shall be completed by October 1, 2021.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Clearwater County Treasurer for at least five percent of the amount of the bid.
