NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on February 20, 2024, at the
Dodge County Government Services Building in Mantorville, Minnesota, on behalf of the Dodge County Board of
Commissioners for the following described highway project:

S.A.P. 020-599-121: Construct Bridge No. 20J54 and Approach Grading on TWP 202 (280th Ave.) in Mantorville
Township, 3 miles northeast of Kasson, MN
The approximate major quantities:

Aggregate Surfacing, CL 2 – 640 Tons; Structural Concrete (3G52) – 208 C.Y.;
Reinforcement Bars – 72,550 Pound; Common-Excavation - 614 C.Y.; Common Embankment
– 1491 C.Y.; Granular Embankment (CV) – 9,041 C.Y.; Random Riprap, CL. IV – 540 Tons

S.A.P. 020-599-122: Construct Bridge No. 20J53 and Approach Grading on TWP 147 (170th Ave.) in Hayfield
Township, 2 miles northwest of Hayfield, MN

The approximate major quantities:
Aggregate Surfacing, CL 2 – 890 Tons; Structural Concrete (3G52) – 68 C.Y.; Reinforcement
Bars – 15,560 Pound; Structural Backfill – 820 C.Y.; Random Riprap, CL. IV – 420 Tons

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable to Dodge County in a sum equal

Bids must be sealed and addressed to Dodge County Administration, 721 Main St. N., Mantorville, MN 55955, and
plainly labeled "Bid for S.A.P. 020-599-121 & S.A.P. 020-599-122”

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
