The Work includes construction of a 3.4-acre Municipal Solid Waste Landfill liner with 2-feet of select clay and 155,000 SF 60mil HDPE. Related work includes strip 11 acres of topsoil 10,200 CY of contractor sourced soil imports; 200 linear feet of underground electric; 2600 linear feet of HDPE landfill pipe; install leachate pump and controls; place 42,800 CY of frost protection; excavate and backfill approximately 10,000 cubic yards of engineered soil material for road construction, SWPPP and site restoration. The substantial completion date is November 1, 2021.
