CITY STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS AND CSAH STREET IMPROVEMENTS (SAP 015-605-012, SAP 015-642-003 & SAP 015-657-001)

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Clearbrook City Street & Utility Improvements and CSAH Street Improvements (SAP 015-605-012, SAP 015-642-003 & SAP 015-657-001) project will be received by the City of Clearbrook at the office of Widseth, 315 5th Street NW â€" Suite 1, Bemidji, Minnesota 56601, until 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via ZOOM Web Conferencing. A web meeting invite will be sent to all plan holders prior to the bid opening. The Project consists of constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, street and storm sewer improvements.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids must be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Widseth, 315 5th St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Clearbrook by calling 218-776-3213 to schedule an appointment, the Clearwater County Hwy Department Building in Bagley, MN and at the Minneapolis and Fargo/Moorhead Builders Exchanges.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $60.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents must be payable to “Widseth”. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.

Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Women and Minority owned enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
