NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS " Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 24th, 2020, by Robert Schmitz, County Auditor, at the Auditors Office in the Red Lake County Court House, 124 Langevin Ave, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750, for the construction of the project listed below. Bids will be opened publicly by Erik Hove, County Engineer, or a designated representative, on behalf of the Red Lake County Board of Commissioners.

Plans and proposals may be procured by purchase from the Red Lake County Highway Department, 204 7th Street Southeast, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750.

Bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or bidder's bond made payable to the Red Lake County Treasurer in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid.

The Red Lake County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the contract in the best interest of Red Lake County.
