Sealed bids will be received until 3:30 P.M. on April 29th, 2022, by Lon Aune, Marshall County Engineer, on behalf of the Marshall County Board of Commissioners for the work listed below:
Bituminous Rout and Seal
C.P 22-002, C.P. 22-014, C.P. 22-026, C.P. 22-027, C.P. 22-046, C.P. 22-047, & C.P. 22-049

Bidders are responsible for all present and future downloads, including addendums and their attachments.

There is no cost to register or download the Project Plans and Proposal documents. To become a registered plan holder, you must create an account at: https://connex.mn.uccs.com.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Marshall County Treasurer or a Corporate Surety Bond made in favor of Marshall County, Minnesota in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.

Marshall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
