Sealed proposals will be received until 10:20 AM on March 10, 2020 by Allen Paulson, Clearwater County Auditor, County Courthouse, 213 Main Ave. No., Dept 202, Bagley, MN 56621-8304, on behalf of the Clearwater County Board of Commissioners for the construction of the County project listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the County Courthouse in Bagley, MN immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

The major quantities of work are as follows: Common Excavation - 145,674 Cubic Yards, Aggregate Base Class 5 - 33,000 Ton, Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix - 300 Ton, CS Pipe Culvert - 1,736 Linear Feet, RC Pipe Culvert - 718 Linear Feet, Random Riprap Class II - 56 Cubic Yards, and Seeding - 63.1 Acres. Work shall be completed by October 15, 2020.

Electronic copies of the plans, proposals and specifications will be available for free online. Hard copies will have a non-refundable charge of $40.00 for each set (One set includes all plans).
