ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received by the Waseca County Auditor at the office of the County Auditor, Waseca County
Courthouse, 307 North State Street, Waseca MN 56093 until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 27, 2020 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
ANNUAL COUNTYWIDE NEEDS
Contract No. 81201 Project 81-20-3151 Bituminous Material CRS-2 Emulsified Asphalt: 530 ton.

Specifications may be examined or obtained at the Office of the County Engineer, P.O. Box 487, 1495 5th St. SE, Waseca MN 56093. Phone number (507) 835-0660. There is no charge for the Specifications. A Bidder’s Bond or Certified Check, payable to the Treasurer of Waseca County, must accompany each proposal for a least 5% of the amount of proposal.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
