Crow Wing County will receive sealed Bids until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, for State Project SP 018-613-005 Grading, Aggregate Base, and Bituminous Surfacing on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 13 from CR 137 to CSAH 4. Bids shall be submitted electronically through bidVAULT.
Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:
